the 2 reviews on here are very old. All new staff and a large selection of rentals, including the new Milwaukee 8.

Very unprofessional.....Told me they had 3 Heritage Soft tails in the rental. I reserved many months in advance 2 Heritage Soft tails to rent for 3 days....gave a deposit, arrived and told they only had 1. so we ended up with a bike we did not like. Gave us 1 pen and when I went to use it, I saw written on it: STOLEN from Big Island Harley! They over charged us $75. but did refund it later. We would NEVER do business with them again!!!! We planned this ride many months in advance and expected to have the bikes we reserved.......very disappointing!!!

Visiting the Big Island and want to rent a Harley? This is the place to rent or buy a Harley from some of the nicest people there is. Awesome place, awesome products!
