I would never recommend KAW architects, i.e. Keith Winnie. I hired him as general contractor for my condo remodel project, and he promised my wife and I quality work, honesty, and complete transparency. Instead, for the exact same tiles, KAW charged us ~$35 per tile for the installation in the guest bath and ~$123 per tile in the master bath! He also billed us $945.31 for “TOWEL BARS". Because of these and other discrepancies, I requested a complete, accurate and reconciled statement before any additional payments would be made. KAW failed to present the requested statement, and left the job uncompleted. My perspective was that not only did I overpaid for the work performed, BUT it was substandard!
