Best post office on big island - no computers but very efficient & friendly - very hawaiian & helpful

Mailed an important package Certified and instead of scanning it going out they scanned it coming in so all tracking said it had arrived at Keauhou post office. Messed up my proof of delivery big time but it eventually got to the destination intended.

Horrible man cursed at us while we were trying to send boxes home. He wished bad things to us and the lady in front of us waited outside to make sure we were ok from all the horrible things he said. This man should not have a job and is a bad reflection of this post office.

Best Post Office in Hawaii. Helpful employees go out of their way to help customers find the best most economical ways the ship items especially to the mainland. No fancy machines or computers, no credit cards but they make up for it in customer service. A +
