It would be a good idea for the staff could put on a smile and refrain from their bossy, know-it- all attitude. I was going to adopt a dog but they were so rude I left. I donate a sizable amount of money to this shelter but will find another charity with friendlier emloyees. I just hope they treat the animals better than they do people!
