Been going here for years . The staff an doctor are very good.

Took my dog there to get spaded, ended up another dog there ripped her up. They put her harness on and never said it happened. I found out 3 days later when I tried to pet her she flinched I looked at her chest and she had been bitten. I took her back and they said she must have fell on some glass in my yard. For one thing she never went outside except to pee and even at that time I went with her, plus I live in Portage we don’t have glass in our yards. He charged me to stitch her up when it happened on there facility, they are dishonest and lier’s my dog will never go back there.

We have taken our pups there for many years. Good service, we were treated with courtesy and care. When one of our dogs coded in the car the doctor dropped everything and immediately went into action. We have nothing but good to say about this office.

No nonsense, no hand-holding, helpful in telling you what You Have to Do...is not fancy, but I don't need fancy.

I take my dog and cat to the Animal Clinic. They treat both pets extremely well. I have never had a problem, and they are very skilled, compassionate people. I would recommend them to everyone.

This place could care less about your pet.this vet is a death trap. Beware! If you l love it pet please pay a few bucks more and take them to a real vet.

I have been there a few times and the main Vet is great....the vet that takes care of birds did treat my bird....did no good...have to go back again for a follow up (and there is no charge for a follow up)he also seemed like he doesn't much care...Don't think he would have said one word if I hadn't talked....however there is a main Vet. there that is GREAT and very caring to your animal.You must have gotten the Curly haired one....he is a little strange but has been there a longggg time so he must be doing something right.I think it's his "bed side manner" so to speak that leaves a lot to be desired.I do recommend the other vet if you can request him.Can't remember his name at the moment but you could ask for the vet that isn't the bird Dr. LOL
