I visited for my first time a few weeks ago. My mom was interrdted to try it after hearing a lot of good reviews on the radio. We went and we're very disappointed at their customer service. The pizza was good, but definitely not worth the price. Then, when our meal was through, it was time to change my infant's diaper. There was no changing table in the bathroom, which forced me to change his diaper in the seat of my booth. How sanitary is that?!? I am sure I am not the first person to come in with a baby, and I certainly will not be the last. I spoke with the manager, but nothing was done. (Not his fault, though-it's up to the owner.) So I messaged the owner. No response. So now here I am, completely disappointed at the disregard the owner has for customers that come in in with their family. I will never visit again because I don't feel it can possibly be a clean place to eat, nor do I want to support someone who clearly doesn't care about his customers.

When I saw that Bilbo's had won the Reader's Choice for Kalamazoo Pizza, I wondered if it was really THAT good. It was. We ordered thin crust wheat pizza with pepperoni, onions and mushrooms. The crust was delicious (unlike some wheat crust which can have a slightly bitter taste) and the toppings awesome: lots of cheese (you don't order pizza for the veggies!), wonderful rich tomato sauce, and crisp veggies to boot!



This is pizza worthy of a special occasion!
