So my wife scheduled an appt to get a haircut and highlights on a Fri. The shop owner called as we were almost there and said that she didn't have the dye for the highlights and had to reschedule for the next day.... The next day my wife went to the appt and everything seemed okay. The shop owner was nice and seemed knowledgeable about the hair business but here's where things went wrong The haircut was not straight and looked jagged at the ends, purchased the wrong dye and instead of giving my wife grey/silver highlights she got a green gold color. The shop owner admitted the mistake. My wife was asked to come back on Mon to correct the dye issues free of charge. On Mon my wife got a call from the shop owner saying that she needed to reschedule ..this time to Wednesday @ 4pm . She went into the shop to receive the dye fix only to be told by the shop owners husband that shes not there and shes at an appointment and we can wait for her. We waited for an hour and ended up just leaving.

Brandi was great. I called her in the a.m. looking to get my hair cut, she got me in within two hours. I have received so many compliments on the cut. I will be a returning client.

Brandie is hands down the best for full-head sew-ins -- the best skill, value, speed and quality. On top of that, she is a beautiful person. I'll be a customer forever!

Pricing , effective time management, and over all comfort, the warmth, and those hands is why ill be coming back time after time..... a true cosmetologist....

At Jacksons hair care I was treated with respect and felt very comfortable. The shampoo job and hair style I recieved made me feel confident. I didn't smell my hair buring it was very straight and felt so soft. The products she used was so light and not oily. It was more than I expected I will continue my services at this salon.
