They charged me 3 times for the 1 service and they have yet to fix the mistake. It has been over 2 months.

I booked a party bus with Central City Transportation. I had reservations at a few wineries, and had an itinerary set up with more than enough time for transportation figured in. We had been working with James. We received a phone call 2 days prior confirming the time that we were going to be picked up. The day of, the bus was about 15 minutes late. At this time, I called the company to make sure no one got lost, as we hadn't received any calls from anyone. James answered the phone. He was completely rude, didn't apologize for anything, advised me that the books must have gotten messed up, and that the bus would be there in about 10 min. I told him that because the bus was late, the whole day would be thrown off, as we wouldn't make it in time. I told him that I would like a discount, as this was their screw up. James, again, without apologizing or trying to make anything right, told me that we would have to talk about that later. He then HUNG UP ON ME. 25 minutes later, the bus still hadn't shown up. It was now almost 1 hour later than our reservation was set up for. I called the company again, and talked to James again. I was very frustrated, told him that it still hadn't arrived. He really had nothing to say, still didn't apologize or try to make anything right, and then HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. I called him back multiple times after this, but he didn't answer. The bus then showed up. The driver was dressed completely unprofessionally. She had an oversized Family Guy T shirt on with sweat pants, bright pink socks and slippers. We told her what had happened. She was nice and told us that she would call James (who turned out to be the BOSS of this company). James wouldn't answer her calls either. 10 min later, he talked to her. We told her that we would not be taking the bus unless we could pay $400, which they agreed to. We all piled on the bus, and the driver informed us that the door was broken. She told us that we would need to secure it from the inside. There was 1 single flimsy hook and eye closure. The whole trip, the door was swinging, and air was coming through. I'm sure that this was not to code. The inside of the bus didn't look like the pictures at all--there was no sound system or lighting.

I have NEVER had such unprofessional and rude service. I will never use this company again, nor ever recommend them to anyone!!

I tried to book a day of visiting 4 local wineries, WHICH THEY ADVERTISE ON THEIR SITE! Their site says "call us for help planing your tour." I called, they passed me around to 3 people who had no clue what I was talking about and were very rude. They told me to ask for a quote through their website. Sure, I did. I was patient. I waited 7 days, never got a response! So I called to follow up. The girl who answered was extremely rude, said if I didn't get a response they were probably busy. I understand if they are all booked, but it took a lot of pleading for her to even check the date for me!! Turns out they were booked, but the girl was very rude! A general response would have been nice, rather than the extremely rude run around that I got!!
