The apartments themselves are pretty spacious. The office is only open from 7:30 am- Noon and no one ever answers the phone. A couple times you can tell they hangup on purpose because the phone will only ring 3 or 4 times. I put a work order for maintenance in, in December 2017. Its the end of April 2018 and no one has showed up to fix 2 things that would take a total of 20 mins for both. Neighbors are complete trash and both either take up 4 parking spaces or park over the yellow lines. Kids are always running around without parents, stealing things and ruining things. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Office plays favorites, they dont go by the waiting list. You have to actually go to the office to talk to someone and even then they might shoo you away because they are "busy". Laundry is cheap. $1 for washers and dryers. Its not open on the weekends. The Office Manager is really nice but overall the staff is lazy and could care less. During inspections, they only go to a very few apartments, they never come to all of them.

Honestly the worst place to live ever! The ladies in the office are rude and talk crap about the residents being ghetto when it s their gross mismanagement that makes this neighborhood what it is. Just try calling to see if the wait list is open, ask some questions and see how fast they are to be rude as heck. The maintenance is crappy and takes forever, that is if you have a problem that they don t tell you to fix yourself. The landscaping only gets done when they have a HUD inspection and unless thats going on you can count on overgrown weeds everywhere and trash in the common backyard areas. The place is subsidized but you really are getting what you pay for, crappy staff that just doesn t care about you or your family. Worst living experience of my life.
