We have used Custom Care Link now for my mother's care over the past 2-3 months and will continue to on in to the future. We have 3 different caretakers, each taking 5-6 hour shifts and covering 10am to 10pm, 7 days a week, for my Mother's care. When the time comes, we envision extending to 24-hour care. Each of the 3 caregivers is wonderful, and each one brings something different into my Mom's life. They are truly warm, caring, attentive, and knowledgeable . They communicate through a daily log, in which they keep track of daily food and liquid intake, any medication needed, and other necessary records. When my Mom is napping they are still busy—doing laundry, washing up, tidying up, even straightening up closets and the like. But most importantly, they are my Mom's friends, advocates, and helpful "assistants" to do anything she needs in order to stay healthy, clean, happy, and looking good like she would have wanted to when she was healthy. They really are "custom" + "care".

My sisters and I have used Custom Carelink for my father's care for the past 4 years or so and we could not be happier. His main caregiver truly cares about him; she treats him as if he were her own family member. The owners of the business know their clients and they are very careful about pairing each client with the best caregiver for them. In my father's case, they couldn't have done a better job. My sisters and I don't live in town but because we have Custom Carelink in charge of my father's care, we don't worry about him constantly (like we used to). We know he is supremely well taken care of.
