We used Diapers Unlimited for 7.5 years with 4 kids. They were always super helpful. With the first 2 kids they helped me along figuring out when it was the right time to move to a larger size or any other diaper-related questions I had (I figured things out by #3).
This was the ideal solution for us. We loved cloth diapers, but we both work full-time so it was nice to leave the clean up to someone else. Most people think we're crazy for not being happy to not have to change diapers anymore, but we miss our weekly delivery of soft, clean diapers and our visit with Jerry as he took the dirty diapers away.
I have recommended DyDee to several people and they all agree that it's the best decision they've made. Saving money, saving time and saving the environment. It's a no-brainer.

I was a bit hesitant about using diapers that have been used before, but they are so clean that you would swear they're brand new. I've even used fresh dydees to wash my face! Seriously, in the three+ years that we used the service, we had zero regrets. You will love the potty training guarantee, too! Our son was too busy playing to focus on potty training, so we used every day of that guarantee and it was so nice to not feel pressured by expenses to rush his training.

We used Dydee for my son from birth to potty training, & I have only good things to say about them! Super friendly, professional, prompt, good communicators, and obviously a good product. The only detail that might be a problem for some people is that you can't pay online, only over the phone or by mail. We just got used to paying over the phone, and it added kind of a personal touch. It was so nice to be able to use cloth and not have to wash them!

I used Diapers Unlimited for 2+ yrs for my son and was very pleased with the great customer service and the high quality products provided. Cloth diapers are easy to use and the pinless covers make it even better. I feel great because not only did I save $ and my son never had a diaper rash, we also did our part to help limit the # of disp diapers going into our landfills. I give them five stars.
