Seemed to do okay at loading my car, a little slow, just grumbly. The driver Scott smelled like a skunk or weed, and the truck smelled even worse. I asked if he hit a skunk, he just kinda laughed. I more than likely will not use Grahams again, if they allow drivers under the influence to operate and drive a commercial vehicle.

Failed to follow customers and service shop instructions resulting in added cost and delay.
Use anyone but this for towing.
