The hairdresser continually tried to talk me into something I didn't want. Are you sure you don't want bangs? You should part your hair on this side.

She diffused my hair and burnt my forehead, I had a huge red mark I had to cover up! She kept telling me about her curly hair (hers was poorly straightened), but obviously didn't know how to style textured hair. After hair-spraying my hair, she diffused it and then kept touching it until it was a giant frizzy mess. The first thing I did upon leaving was go wet it down.

Without asking she gave me 'reverse layers', which apparently is shorter hair in the back and longer in the front. That is the complete opposite of how I like my hair. I merely asked for a trim, not a new style.

I would not recommend this salon for anyone with long hair, however the patrons with short hair before me left very happy.
