The manager Jazzi and her family runs the store and beauty salon. They are very friendly people but be aware weaving hair and wigs are very overpriced compared to other beauty supply stores in the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek area, and they don't have the greatest selection to choose from. Even with offering layaway plans for hair and payment plans for salon services I do feel that their prices are unreasonable. Never in my life have I heard of anyone paying over $600 to get a sew in weave done. She states this includes hair, shampoo and weaving. I'm sorry but no weave is worth $600 dollars and neither are her services. They state they are highly recommended in the area, but after seeing some of her work. I'm not impressed at all to pay that much for an hairdo. I repeat from what I have seen the hairstyles are not worth that price at all! If your store rent is that high to where you have to charge people ridiculous prices for mediocre services maybe you need to invest in relocating your shop from the downtown area.

Manager appears to be knowledgable but hair is overpriced and poor quality. My so called tangle free hair did tangle and got extremely frizzy after a week with proper care. No returns or exchanges under any circumstance. Sales old hair. Manager ignored complaint about my product and didn't call back. Also an item I purchased wasn't put in my bag so I had to waste gas to go and get it. Very unprofessional told me I could not return my unused items, that i brought back 2 hours later because it was the wrong item, because she has a high rent to pay for the store. If you know good hair quality when you see it and prices u may be ok shopping here. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.

Jazzi's is great. They offer good service and variety and professional expertise.
