The death of a family member is a very hard thing to go through. But the staff at j & k made it a lot easier. They make you feel like you are with family. They took care of everything. AlI we had to do was answer the few questions about what we wanted and they did it. They were always friendly and considerate. They always made sure we knew if we had questions we could call no matter what time. I can't express enough how much I appreciate what they did for my family. Being from out of state I thought it would be a nightmare but I was so wrong. They can't make it pain free but they sure took out most of the stress of planning and arranging things. I will definitely be using them again when their services are needed!
