Excellent. Very honest . Mark has high integrity. Have been going to him for decades. Trust him completely. My family has always relied on Kalamazoo imports and he is an outstanding diagnostician.

I've always had a very good experience at Kalamazoo Imports. They regularly change my oil and do routine maintenance, always with a professional attitude. They also replaced the timing belt, replaced spark plugs, etc., for much less than the dealership. The negative review on this site surprises me.

This really suprises me, I have never heard of anyone having a bad experience at Kalamazoo Imports! I have had several cars serviced there, multiple times, and they always take the time to explain any issues in full detail. They have even checked things for me as a courtesy! I'm sorry to hear of your experience, I would hate for any future customers to base their decision soley on your review. I refuse to take me cars anywhere else!!
