Izzy is awesome. I'm recovering from an injury, and he did just what needed to be done on the injured area, and elsewhere that was all knotted up because of the injury. Best massage ever.

My husband and I went for a couples massage. The spa was very clean and nice, but my biggest complaint was the outside noise. I'm not sure if the walls are just that thin or people outside were that loud, but it was very distracting. However, it was one of the most relaxing massages I have ever had and Yvonne was wonderful. That lady at the front desk that checked us in was very lovely, but the one when we left wasn't as pleasant. It was a pretty good experience though and very affordable.

The massage I received was very good, however the customer service was horrible. I made an appointment the same day for a couples massage, my friend could not make it so I cancelled for her an hour in advance. I was told I would be charged for her but I wasn't told this while making the appt, which btw I had to put my credit card down to schedule. The manager said these exact words " I'm normally not this nice" I guess this was her way of accommodating me. Too many spas in kalamazoo/portage area to be spoken to like this. My advice, go elsewhere.
