Maybe good if you're a large company with several elevators to maintain and they "give" you a service contract. However, if you're a residential customer with one elevator, stay away. They refused to discuss a service contract for maintenance with me. Then when a switch went bad it took three trips to get it replaced and they billed me full charges for all three trips. I told them on the initial call for service what switch I thought was bad but they didn't have it available on the first service call, then had the wrong one on the second call, then sent a "team" on the third call. It took a month and cost $4,762 to get a switch replaced. I begged for some type of partial credit but they didn't even do me the favor of replying to my emails and calls. For 30 years I have managed commercial Real Estate buildings for a living and have never seen such outrageously poor customer service.
