ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We rented a unit at the S. Sprinkle Rd. location for only 2 weeks. We stored our stuff and secured the Unit with 1 of those expensive Round Storage Unit Locks and yesterday when we went to pick up our stuff, the lock was gone and EVERYTHING IN THE UNIT WAS TOO! We got no phone call and the clerk said 30 Units had been broken into "just last night". YEAH RIGHT! They had to have had a Semi Truck to clean out 30 Units! And I'm sure if that happened there would have been more upset people there than us! They have NO SECURITY GATE (first indication that we shouldn't have used them - Buyer Beware) but they have you by the short hairs because in August Storage Units are at a premium and very hard to get in a college town. NO SURVELLENCE CAMERA'S, NO SECURITY GUARDS!!! All they told us was "your only recourse it to file a Police Report". Like Too Bad So Sad. When I asked for the main office phone and address to file a complaint the clerk said she wasn't ALLOWED to give that out!!!! VERY SHADY. I believe it was an inside job and 2 hours after we put the stuff in, they took it!
