I will never recommend anyone for employment with this company.............nor would I recommend any place of business that has 3rd party quality control sorters, come in and ck thier parts!!!!!!! They are very unprofessional and treat thier employees like they were dogs!!!!!! They have no respect for thier employees and i have heard them talk about thier customers also, and how they hate some of them, I know of one customer in general that they have mentioned over in Niles!! If you think this is in any way a professional way to act for someone in the business field, then maybe you need to think again. There is so much more to this than what I have mentioned here but will leave it at that. I have even heard the manager use cuss words towards the employees .....and it is mainly the manager that is heartless, not so much the owner, he is actually the decent one out of the whole office personel. They are so in humane too, they expect thier employees to work in thier un heated warehouse, in freezing temps with no heat while they sit in thier offices and stay warm.....this should be against the law! And the Labor Board should be notified of this too as well as thier business practices on how the manager conducts himself when he is suppose to be a business man....I would like any other opinions if you feel I have a legite reason for also being furious for losing my job! I have been treated in the ways that I mentioned here by the way!
