I have used Schwartz since 1994 between my personal needs and my business I have had 7 furnaces with ac installed by them. Service and quality of installation was always great. I plan to keep using their services.

While the technicians are competent, the woman booking service is rude & dismissive of clients. I called for service, got her on her "lunch break" ( no voice mail). She answered and said she'd call my cell after her lunch. She did not call until the next day, late afternoon to my home phone. A week later, the tech attempted a fix that did not work. A call back to Schwartz's resulted in a Thursday follow-up. When no tech showed on Thurs, I called again, just to be told I was wrong. The woman claimed she had booked me for the next week and I had not heard her. I was driving at the time and repeated the appt. time so my passenger could write it down, but the nasty secretary repeatedly told me I had made a mistake. Mind you, I was not wanting to argue, but I had a witness that could confirm I was not mistaken. The woman asked if I wanted to keep my next appt and then slammed down the phone when I said yes.. Avoid Schwartz's if you want quality, polite service for the $$$ you'll spend.

If I could give zero stars I would. They didn't even come to my house and still billed me. In buying a new home I got a new home warranty, that included plumbing service. I had a plumbing emergency and the home warranty company called Schwartz, Schwartz was unable to come out in a timely fashion, ie they weren't able to schedule an appointment for less than 5 days out. So I called the home warranty company and had them cancel Schwartz and set up a different company to come fix my problem. Schwartz calls me in the morning, 4 days after my problem is fixed saying they will be out that afternoon. I tell them not to come because the problem is already fixed. They don't come, but still bill me and the home warranty company. They won't answer their phone though, so the home warranty company keeps telling me they will get ahold of them, but not being able to, so for the last 3 weeks I have been trying to get them to cancel a bill for service they didn't do. Rudest customer service as well.

this company is by far the best i have ever done business with. my furnace stopped working in the evening and with in the hour they were at my house fixing it till they could get the part they needed. as soon as they got it they made the appointment to install it and in no time i had heat again. i would definitely keep doing business with this company from now on

Schwartz's is a wonderful company. my furnace was not working and i have a 4 month old baby. they came out right away and fixed my furnace and got my baby and i heat. if it wasn't for then i don't know what i would have done. i would highly recommend using this company.

Schwartz heating and cooling is a wonderful company to do business with. I was having problems with my A.C. They arrived promptly at my home. In no time, they discovered the problem and fixed it. Then spent time explaining to me everything they did and how the unit works. Mike and his son also gave me helpful information about my furnace. They were professional and went above and beyond with their service call. I will definitely use their service again. Very honest and caring company.

One of the best heating and cooling companies in the State of Michigan. Mike came out after hours, which his rates were half that of others in Kalamazoo, fixed our furnace quickly and made me a great deal. I will without a doubt reccommend Schwarts heating to any one and every one i know.



He had to return a week later for an unrelated issue to the first. He once again fixed it fast and for a fair price.



I will most definitely have Schwarts heating out regularly to service our furnace, AC and all of my rental properties.

Schwartz Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job installing our new furnace. They also gave us the best price out of all of the quotes we received. We found Mike and his son to be very honest, knowledgeable, hard working and helpful. They are one of the few contractors that I feel I could have trusted to getting things done, and done right with just a handshake. Very rare these days. It is the first time in a long time that a contractor did a job correctly with no problems for us. It was a stress- free, hassle-free experience. Also very rare these days.
