Moved in here Aug 2015 and this has been a bad experience. The manager is very inconsiderate of his tenants and mean. He does not care about the tenant and only about his comforts. Have had squirrels in the ceiling attic area since about two weeks after moving here, and have notified the office management numerous times, yet the squirrels are still there. Their employee put up a wall at the carport, leaving me only 2-3 inches of space to get into my vehicle. When I called the office, all the manager, had to say was, "Well, do you think that maybe he did not knock on your door to have you move your car because he could get the wall up without you having to move your car?" The only thought I have in response is, "What about me? What about the customer? What about the person who pays you more the $700 per month?" Part of that $700 includes "Good customer service." Not getting treated like I am nothing less than dirt. My word on this place, or anything Edward Rose and Sons owns.... run while you can!
