TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! Horrible experience. I haven't had one smooth transaction refilling my prescriptions. If they are out of your meds they just use a different "Equivalent" prescription in place without saying anything. I should have learned my lesson by now to check but once again I didn't look in the bag and I go home and it was a different birth control. They say it's the same but every time they just switch on me my endometriosis flares up so bad. If it was the same thing then why would that happen? It's completely unprofessional how they don't say anything it. It feels as though they know it's not the right thing to do so they don't want the hassle of telling you and having to deal with it in person. Goodluck having the pharmacists do anything, he is so complacent and has an excuse for everything. So frustrated and disappointed in this pharmacy. Finally switching.
