Joan can be rude to me, but I will not tolerate Joan being rude to my sick and dying father. As far as I can tell Dusty has not cared to do anything, Joan has not apologized to my father and she still works here. I’m guessing that’s how Dusty treats people who pay huge amounts of money to live in Park View Hills. I and my father are very hurt by all this. My question is: why is a rude person who would treat a sick and dying man so rudely doing working customer service at Park View Hills Lodge?
