Provided by YP.comI needed a storage same day I was calling around. Not only did I get what I needed, the staff agreed to stay after hours since I couldn't get there until after work! It's is nice to know there are people who still put people first.

Provided by YP.comThe owners are very accomodating, helpful, and friendly! I have rented there for years and NEVER had a problem with flooding, theft, or damage. I like the fact the owners are on site 24/7, it is in the country (less chance of theft), and has a lot of different options to choose from. Also, their prices are fair.

Batavia Storage is now under new management and we have had thank you cards and such nice responces from customers and we are getting the place in ship shape. We want to thank each and every tenant for there continued business. We appologize for the past customer service. We realize that it take 30 years to build a business and only one bad experience to ruin it. We ask for another chance.
