i.e.These are for low income/or/disabled individuals. Unfortunately this means that many of them do not work, they stay at home all day and sit out in front of their apartment staring at people and smoking lots of nasty cigarettes. It is quite creepy. My apartment reekend of smoke, had plenty of carpet stains, neighbors were very loud, rude and disrespectful. The management is nice though enough but also enjoys smoking with many of the residents who live there in clear violation of the (25 feet away from the) buildings rule. If you work more than 30 hours a week at a decent pay grade, it is not worth the money to rent here. , A local favorite, or highly recommended because
