I went to them with an issue I was having with my VW Passat wagon. They gave me advice on what it might be and how to self-diagnose the problem. And they didn't even charge me! I'd definitely feel confident taking my vehicles to these guys!

Went to the place with a coupon for some services. When I mentioned what type of products I wanted to use, I said I'd pay the difference for my premium vs what they use. He tried to charge me a retail price on the product on top of the retail I'd already paid to buy the coupon for his product, then charge extra to do the job I'd already paid for. If you ever go to this place, get a quote ahead of time! Watch for extra $ added on top of retail prices
