KalGas in Kalkaska starts out good. After a year, all bets are off. No payment plan option, and if you fall behind more than 60 days they make you pay upfront before they deliver. We always pay for our gas before the next fill sometimes taking 90 days before we have paid in full. We even have no issue with the extra finance charge to do this. Now they wont fill us unless its upfront. Guess they will have to come out every month, and give us what I can pay them.

Fixed income and retired. You would think that they could work with you a little bit. Guess I will call Ferril Gas and see what they can do for me.

If I had to do it again, I would just call around and see who has better options.

I would highly recommend Kal-Gas over any company in the area. Their prices are lower than anyone else in Kalkaska and their service in outstanding. Wouldn't choose to work with anyone else in the area. - Owners at Heiges.
