Landon was super helpful and gave me the best customer service I have had in a LONG time. I am out of state and needed a stack kit for a Bosch 300 series. I know it was only a $35 part but he treated me like I was his only customer and he went waaaay out of his way for me! This is what customer service is about! If you ever visit the store go see Landon!

I normally would not respond in this way, but I purchased an item from the store/seller on ebay and never received the item. Their access has now been restricted (for negative feedback) on ebay. They might treat their physical customers well, but my experience with them on ebay was very,very disappointing. I want a full refund and will proceed with ebay/paypal until that occurs.

I've never dealt with service techs that knew so much about what they are doing. The old washer/dryer were both out in about 10 minutes. The new ones were in, tested and running within 20 minutes after that. No mess, no cleanup. They knew about the wiring requirements, and how to shut off the old gas line and "bubble test" the line afterward. I was delighted! Everything was done safely and quickly, without being rushed. The service department is the best advertising the store could ever have.
