An excellent, full-service hospital. Staff is friendly and more importantly knowledgeable and experienced. I've used their facility for emergencies, general surgeries, physical therapies and maintenance check ups. All my experiences have been positive, professional. I'm confident that I am getting the best care.

Went in for my mid-ultrasound (20 weeks) and was treated with much disrespect! First of all the ultrasound tech did not make me feel comfortable .. she did the whole ultrasound without talking to me! Than she told me she was unable to find out the gender of the baby when I know she didn't even check! After complaining to the higher ranks, I was told the gender scan is something they no longer do and it was not in the doctor order report ... really???? I have two other kids and the gender scan was NOT in the order report but I still found out!! This really upsets me since my insurance only allows ONE ultrasound for non-complicated pregnancies which means I am NOT going to find out the gender before the baby is born. Thanks a lot North Hawaii Community Hospital!
