The vet who saw our beloved family member, was exhausted from a multiple hour surgery that had complications, was working on very little sleep, and did not want to be there-even tried to convince us not to come in (that should have been an indication of their lack of professionalism and integrity, as we were worried sick that our cat could die if we waited until the morning!) It is likely that due to the circumstances, the vet made multiple errors including diagnosis, medication, and treatment.
We took the entire report to our regular vet, who was in shock and dismayed as to the diagnosis, which was wrong! As well as the medications given-again, wrong and potentially harmful/could have killed him!
We requested a refund from the vet, who denied the request.
We want a complete and full refund and an apology letter for their horrible treatment of our beloved family member!

ER visit to vet who tried to talk us out of coming on and was exhausted when we got there.
Misdiagnosed our cat; gave him two drugs that should never be given together; could've killed our cat! Had to take cat in on another ER visit to another vet, which we had to pay for as well. This is malpractice!
