Warm or cold water but no hot water. Unbalanced noisy ceiling fan--a fire hazard. Breakfast is a store bought muffin & brew your own coffee. Spacious room & bath but no closet to hang clothes. Neighborhood is quiet & safe. Bed is comfortable. Neighborhood restaurants are within easy walk with excellent gourmet offerings.
