I was legally parked in my handicap stall when this lady in this Nissan with the M&M Yap decal blocked my egress. I asked her to move and then yelled as she ignored me and hurried away apparently to pick up a grandchild. Well I cannot print how happy it made me to be cut off by someone who purportedly services our community . Rude, Imperious, IDIOT. I cannot imagine under what circumstances anyone would trust their life to someone so completely unaware, or worse, irresponsible on the road.
