Provided by YP.comThere are jewels to be found in the menu at Pho Viet Thai. The beef salad is a must, so is the fish cooked in cassarole and the slightly coconut flavored sticky rice.
There isn't much ambiance, but the food makes up for it and the lack of ambiance helps to keep the prices down. Worthwhile check for anyone on the Windward side.
