She rents old equipment instead of the new, and when it broke during use she TRIED to blame it on the customer.

She also rented equipment that was not cleaned and upon return tried to say that I didn't clean it.

When asked if they had 1/2 day rates on rentals she says no can make money, go some place else and rent.

There are other rental places that have 1/2 day rates, so I just asked.....SHEEEE NO ALOHA

and yeah better to drive all the way to home depot and rent it...
