Brandon Naleieha was absolutely amazing in finding the right fit for my family and I! We went in to trade our car for something nicer and left with just that so happy with our purchase. Great place to do business

I called from an auto shop, regarding a hard-to-find and expensive part we needed for a jeep job in process. The lady who answered the Parts Department must have been having a bad morning. I noticed her mood immediately upon her answer of my call and felt sympathy, so I tried to go out of my way to be extra nice and provide all the information she needed. But it didn't matter---she was hell-bent on being pissed off.

She kept interrupting me, condescended to me, was downright unhelpful and extremely rude.

I realize that everyone has bad days. But if your JOB DESCRIPTION entails HELPING PEOPLE, you should probably either leave your baggage at the door, or look for a new job that does not require you to interact with other human beings. Work is NOT the place to act like that. If you really can't control your emotions, you're better off calling in sick.

She just lost Chrysler Windward a pretty big deal. And I wasn't expecting her to be exceptional---all I wanted was to be treated decently...but apparently that's too much to ask.

We went to Windward Hyundai looking for a new van for our growing family. We ended up leaving with a new Dodge Ram 1500! I felt that everyone at this dealership was extremely helpful, and they were not pushy in the least. Oscar was our salesman. He was extremely patient with us and our 2 children. Dave the finance guy knew exactly what he was doing. He explained different scenarios in ways that we could understand them in regards to how credit works and what our options were. It ended up being a late night for our children, but Oscar was a big help watching them while we finished paperwork. Our entire experience at this dealership was wonderful. We bought a car not long ago from a different dealership. The guys there were kind of pushy to get us into a car, and the finance department did not do a good job at explaining how things would work.
