Provided by YPmobileI would NOT recommend this place to my enemies. I went there looking for my childs shot record. They told me he was in the system, but they didn't have the paper work. You know what, it was for a record going 3 years back. The school told me they had to have them because they kept records going 5 years back. The nurse just didn't want to help me!!
