Dr. Kelly is a graduate of Rush Medical College in Chicago, Illinois, and completed residency at Rush University's Medical Center. He trained at Hines Veterans Hospital and Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center. He is American Board Certified in Anesthesia and Pain Management, and has practiced pain medicine over 25 years. chronic pain

Dr Kelly has been the best pain doctor & my doctor who retired. Dr Kelly is compassionate & is the only doctor to get my pain under control. He is very funny and cheers you up. My only problem was his staff humiliating me for reasons I still don't know but he is still worth it. I think Dr Kelly is the best doctor in Illinois if not the country! I adore Dr Kelly & his family. I only wish he knew what his staff had done to make me leave his practice. I do regret leaving thought if he would just listen but hes very busy.

chronic pain excellent Doctor

Dr Kelly is the best pain management doctor in Illinois. I have been on pain management a long time. He is the only doctor who has been able to control my pain. I would recommend him to anyone not to suffer 1 more day. He is the BEST in Illinois maybe the country.
