The worse experience ever! The receptionist was extremely rude. I was scheduled for a 9:45 appointment. The day before the appointment the office left a voicemail reminding me that my appointment was at 9:45, however they also had openings at 9am and 9:15 if I would like to come in earlier. I didn't get the message until the day of the appointment so I left the apt time at 9:45. I showed up at the office at 9:25 and was told I had to reschedule because I was LATE for my appointment (which I was 20 min early for), the receptionist says that my apt was at 9am. I reiterated that it was at 9:45 and replayed the voicemail where they too said it was at 9:45. The receptionist refused to take me in and told me I had to reschedule then when I refused to reschedule she rolled the glass window in my face and said, "I'm not doing this". Very unprofessional. Be advised, unless you like being treated like crap, do not go to this dentist office.
