Spend the extra money for gas and drive to a different location! Worst service at any bank ive been to! I went in to close several of my accounts & the teller wasnt experienced/trained enough to handle that. Therefore i spoke to two other tellers before Brandy, the manager, came into the picture. She came off w-an attitude at first but later spoke w-an apologetic tone to calm me dwn before i left. Afterwards Brandy, the manager, was supposed to call me that same day to let me know if i was able to close my accounts & for two days i heard nothing! On the 3rd day when i had called she had a teller say she just stepped in the office & would return my call as soon as she settled in....this has been a wk later & as u assumed...i havnt heard anything! I eventually called a 5/3 bank in Oaklawn & the nice teller closed my accounts over the phone!!! W-no hassle! Seriously i would never recommend that bank location to a single soul! Worst customer service experience ever!!!

Always friendly service, and quick with answers to my questions. Great bank for kids in college.
