DON'T TRUST THEM !! There was an ad run in the classified section of the Daily Journal Newspaper for a program >> Spay - Neuter for low income families
I had all of the items required, went to the place only to be told now there is an additional form and you have to make copies (they won't do it there) so I did and came back -- now I'm told "NO" my dog isn't eligible and will be denied because she is a rescue -- Really ?? what is the program for ?? Just another damn SCAM !! They are not concerned with helping people nor with the pet population ! Another place collecting money and doing little to help the pets !! Close the Damn place down and put these people out of work -- maybe there "Attitudes" would change ! `
