I have been going to A&R for quite a few years, and have recommended them to many others. Recently I had a cracked radiator and questioned the quote for a new radiator. Richard did not become irritated, he remained pleasant and even got the vendor on the phone with me to verify the price. I thought that was going beyond and above. So Richard needs to be recognized as a more than reasonable business man.

After checking around, these guys saved me a ton of money on my replacement engine on my 99 Blazer. Several weeks later it started leaking oil. They towed it in, fixed it under warranty and delivered back to me when finished. (btw-I live about an hour away from their shop). I have never gotten that level of service before! Thank you, A&R!

Richard and his crew are the most dependable auto mechanic in this area. He has worked on every car in my family since we moved to the area 5 years ago. I would not trust anyone else to diagnose a car problem, let alone fix it. His team is honest and has never let my family down. I will continue to do business with A&R as long as we live in Kannapolis.
