It's better than having to go to North East Main Hospital it is quicker to be seen here!! And near my house :) every time I have been I have had a good experience with the doctors and nurses in the staff and it is a very clean facility

I'd been having ear pain since Sunday but it was manageable until last night when out of no where I began to feel sharp, stabbing pains, my hearing kept going in and out and there was pus leaking from my ear, just barely but it was noticeable. Urgent Care was closed, so silly me thought this was an emergency and headed to the ER. I arrived and was promptly led back, after having my vitals checked (and being left alone numerous times) I was put in a room where I waited for three hours to be seen by a physician's assistant for, I would say, 2 minutes? She diagnosed me with "probably an ear infection" and said I would get drops. So I wait another 20 minutes thinking, "Hmm, maybe they'll administer some drops" NOPE, they gave me a prescription for ear drops and guess what? No pharmacies are open at 12:30 am around here. I couldn't even drop the prescription off so that it would be ready in the morning for pick up. Thank you for nothing CMC-Kannapolis.

Took my 6 month old having an allergic reaction. Within 10 minutes we were in a room being seen by the doctor. We were there for 5 hours as they made sure the reaction was over and during that time was shift change which is a vulnerable time. The nursing staff was awesome!!! Checked in on us every little bit. I cannot believe how amazing this experience was. My husband and I kept saying that this is the place for our ER care from now on. We appreciated how they treated us as well as our little one. Highly recommend this place!

This place sucks I went in and waited for over three hours .walked up front and ask what was going on and she said there was five people still in front of me,there wasn't even five people when I went in. They need to get rid of some go the twenty front office people so they can hire another doctor . I would rather die than go back to this place. The staff wasn't friendly and all they were worried about was chit chatting and playing on their phones and looking on Facebook! Should close the doors they are worst than Salisbury hospital and I didn't think it got any worse than that, but boy was I wrong!!!!!!!
