Great company. Always fast & courteous in service requests. Installed our system years ago. Great technicians. Whenever we need service they are prompt & do the job right. Reasonable charges for services rendered. Toby has been here a few times & can't say enough good stuff about him. Toby deserves a "shout-out".... He's super........ We recently had a plumbing failure in our bathroom, causing water damage in the bath & bedroom. Ended up having water leak into the duct work. Needed new insulation wrap on the ducts. Called in July when they are so busy with AC calls & they worked us in & came the next day. I would NOT hesitate to recommend G&S Heating & Air for any or all of your HVAC needs. We have always been 100% satisfied!

used G&S for years, installed new system in my last house, had them out to my present house for a repair and recieved great service and value for the dollar. However in the last year have had nothing but bad service, most recently we had a system check up you know the service they sell to prevent problems, when the Tech came out he asked ME why he was there and I said pre-season service, he hooked up gauges and checked freon then wrote me a bill (took longer to write the bill) never went in side no temps nothing. we called and talked to the girl in the office (someone's daughter?) and asked what was a service, she said she had no idea and that there was no formal process??!! we asked how they determind the cost, no one knows??? said would have manger call, never happened even after 3 attempts. I got the feeling she was distracted (FARMVILLE MAYBE) and bothered by us calling.
