Don't even waste your time!

I have been dealing with this place since July 2013, all of these months gone by, calling emailing begging for updates, as my possible forclosure creeps ever closer.

Only today to be told that if the Legal aid team can't help us there is nothing more they can do.

At this point I am left to realize that we are on our own, when I applied with this company and ask many times is my case hopeless? I was reasured the case was not hopeless, now today after this phone call, yeah kinda seems hopeless.

I feel like just like NACA we have been strung along with no real answers or communication. What a total disappointment, if legal aid comes back with something more I will delete this review, however for now, this is totally a waste of time!

Maybe there are people out there they have helped, but if that were the case as I was led to belive from our meeting, I would think you would see reviews on here praising the great job they are doing and I have to say I am just not seeing these reviews from real people that have been truly helped.

This is just my impression and experience with this company.

Please say a prayer that I can save my home some how before Dec / Jan Rolls around.
