Back in early 2015 I decided to treat my boys to a helicopter ride, and found out I was too heavy to ride the helicopter. This was a very embarrassing. I took it as a wake up call. But what could I do? A few months later I got my answer. I met up with some old highschool friends. My buddy James knew I was discouraged about my weight that I had lost all enthusiasm.
