Run! Away that is. The worst experience with a business ever.Very Poor TV Service, Not so good internet service, but the most horrific part is the salesmen that lie to get you sucked in, to sign up and then there is the billing and the customer "no service" you have to deal with. They will tell you what ever you need to hear that moment, to make you think everything is good, then you realized NOTHING has be accomplished. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt for 5 months during this time we had 4 main line, repairs, at least 5 in home repairs. They did fix the problems when they came out but quickly returned. Be prepared to spend literally hours on the phone to try to get help. The real kicker for us is when the voices and the mouths of the actors were never in sync, and the tech tells you. "I have ATT and mine is like this too!, That's just the way it is." Can you believe it. Then when you have had enough and tell them your done, they ask you if the can send out their "very best" techs. Yeah! 5 repairs ago!

Order early and expect delays. It took them over a month to get my DSL installed. Please, somebody give ATT some competition in Springfield.

Get a real site, not a carbon copy of everyone elses. there are plenty of businesses in this area that do a better job.



For example, try getting them to do streaming video, or set up a database and admin section for you in coldfusion.

They take care of everything for you - pictures, information, hosting and driving people to the web site.
