New staff and management is terrible. Everyone talks down to you even the maintenance.

God forbid you lose your key (because nobody makes mistakes..) and need to get back in. There a huge $$$$charge but if you don't call in a timely matter its not their problem. Also be weary if you have any type of emergency and it conflicts with the staff's schedule. Luckily a broken ac unit or being locked out of your place with the possibility of a child inside doesn't seem important.

Horrible place to rent. The place was great until the new management arrived to ruin everything. When the place was selling, maintenance continously came in and out of my home without permission one of the times they came in while I was still in bed! Things continue to get worse as there are numerous cats running around the complex and INSIDE the buildings. Nothing has been done about them and one of the maintenance men barricaded a cat inside a compartment in one of the buildings leaving it to starve. When I went to talk to the lady at the desk about it she was very rude and short with me and showed annoyance even though she was told about this issue the day before. This new management has the worst people skills I've ever seen. They kindly welcome you when it's time to pay for rent, but if you have any concerns or complaints they are very rude. They also discontinued A LOT of good things that have kept me here in the first place. Also rent goes up every year now. DO NOT RENT HERE!!

It was a great place to live until this past summer (2015) when the owner was selling. Multiple, unnecessary entries into my apartment without authorization. No prior notification of property sold. The new owners fired all the staff who were great: Heather, Andrew, Ashley. Later got a 3 hr notice/demand to deep clean my apartment: move furniture, empty cabinets and closets, move stove & frig and mop all areas!!! Then get a newsletter that we cannot call the office to check on delivery of a package. But they NEVER told us they would not put a notice on our doors - as had always been done - notifying us of delivery. SO I didn't get a package of Christmas gifts delivered by UPS to the office on Dec 23rd til Jan 5th. I called and left a message at the office to inquire. They never called me back then couldn't understand why I was so angry that they couldn't even bother to return my call. DO NOT RENT HERE!
