If you're really considering this place, expect to do everything yourself and pay monthly for an orkin man cause there are roaches and mice that are cultivating here.

Love it here. New management and maintenance have made many improvements. Feel safe and secure and plan to live many years here.

Don't bother, stay away. Full of pedophiles and drug addicts not to mention the drunks. Its been under new ownership for a couple years now. They came with all these promises and nothing has been done, rent keeps increasing so much for cheap living. On 4th or 5th manager, this one doesn't seem any better. Rules seem to apply for certain people. Not many of us long time tenants left. Everyone seems to be disgusted. My advice to anyone is don't move in this place. Jamie and Wilma are very much missed. I used to live at this mobile home park and am thinking of moving back but don't want to pay too much. It isn't the best place to live but at least it is a roof.

This is the worst place to live! Manager is always complaning about your yard and yet they do nothing to keep the rest of the park up to date. Been here almost 2 years and they have changed managers 3 times. None seam to know what they are doing. The current manager only deals with the problems of her friends that live in the park, witch I think is a bunch of CRAP!!!!! I would like to know how to get ahold of the main person in charge of the park and manager and let them know what a POOR job they are doing here!

About 1/2 of the people here are great people with family values, the other 1/2 live up the "trailer trash" stereotype. The current Manager seems to be questionable. A lot of promises with little action and seems to vary weekly on his work and at times seems to disappear. Place needs a GOOD amount of maintenance and could benefit from a Manager that actually wants the place to be above exceptions!
