Talk about a joke. My wife scheduled an appointment to get my son's 6 month pictures taken here. He's appointment was for 11:40. When we showed up at 11:20, the place was packed. No big deal we thought, we're a bit early. 20 minutes pass and the same family that was getting pictures when we showed up are still getting their pictures done. Another half hour and they are just "finishing up" with the same family. Now they have to pick out what pictures they want. To make matters worse there was a family ahead of us who said the were scheduled for 11:20. We ended up walking out.

Two people working on a Saturday is ridiculous! Not to mention when the two people working have no idea how to deal with a large crowd of customers. Just be warned, if you're planning on getting pictures taken here, be sure to clear your schedule for the day cause that's how long you'll be waiting.

If I could give zero stars to Jcp salon at the legends in kck I would. They have terrible customer service. And I wouldn't even know about the stylist considering she never showed up for our appointment. I took my niece to Get her haircut and since we couldn't Get anyone to answer the phone when we tried to call for appointment we decided to see if they had any walk ins since it was a Wednesday morning. Not busy at all. In fact two older ladies sat in salon chairs talking while we stood at the front desk waiting for help. They Looked at us several times without acknowledgement so we thought maybe they were customers. Finally one asked if we needed help. Said the stylist wouldn't be in til 3 so we said we would come back at that time. We showed up ten minutes early and sat there while no one at all was around. We finally heard voices in the back so I tried calling the number so maybe the ringing phone would bring someone out to answer it. It did not. Apparently the reason we were not able to get an appt that morning. Then when the same lady from the morning came out with her customer she saw us and said our stylist would be in shortly. We sat and waited another ten minutes and were about to ask how much longer when our stylist called and said she would still be another twenty minutes. It was 3:15 at this point. we said we were not gonna wait and leave. The lady hung up the phone and said OK sorry and walked away as if we were an inconvenience for not cancelling. After we used our time and drove all the way back there for nothing. Not really close either. I told my niece this was probably a blessing as with their Level of unproffesionalism she probably would have gotten a terrible cut. Never going to this place again. No offer for compensation or anything
